As a Social Media & Influencer Strategy Manager for SK-II based in Korea, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing our social-first strategy, building brand communities and strengthening the brand affinity.

Your team

Reporting to the SK-II Korea Commercial Leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Media, Supply Chain and Design—both locally and across the Asia Pacific region. You will also engage with Agency Partners, media and Content Creators to amplify our brand’s reach and engagement in a highly relevant way.

What success looks like

Your creativity and strategic attitude will be key in growing SK-II’s social presence. You will develop the Social Media & Influencer strategy for Korea through activations and campaigns that not only attracts but cultivates a vibrant community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities:      

• Lead the execution of SK-II Korea’s social media and influencer strategy, crafting and evolving the brand's social voice in Korea in relevant way. Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging social media trends and using AI-driven opportunities, while analyzing performance metrics to deliver actionable insights that enhance our social presence.
• Identify KOLs and Influencers with most relevance to SK-II to amplify the brand’s presence in Korea, cultivating meaningful long-term relationships for mutual growth. Additionally, build and nurture our social community by planning and hosting interactive Q&A sessions and gatherings live streams with industry experts, content creators, and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with in-house designers and external content creators to identify, develop and feed content pillars to consistently create and curate engaging content across diverse social formats.
• Support and assist in executing communication strategies relevant to business objectives
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of social media management experience, with a deep passion for and understanding of the luxury beauty and skincare market.
• Creative thinker and writer with a strong aesthetic sensibility, capable of producing visually compelling and highly engaging content.
• Proficiency in the latest features of Instagram and TikTok, with a keen eye for upcoming trends and algorithm optimization. Highly experienced in agile content creation, including social asset design and video editing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Public Relations or related fields.
