We are looking for a Site Enablement Lead & Site-Facing Line Manager (SEL/SFLM) to support the successful implementation and delivery of Site Enablement Solutions across clinical research sites in Turkey.

In this unique role, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned sites while also providing leadership and support to site-based clinical research staff. You will work closely with investigators, study teams, and internal partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, strong site engagement, and operational excellence throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing delivery of Site Enablement Solutions at clinical research sites.
  • Build strong relationships with investigators, site personnel, and study teams to support successful study execution.
  • Support the onboarding, development, performance, and engagement of site-based clinical research staff.
  • Monitor service delivery, identify risks, and drive solutions that improve site performance and study outcomes.
  • Provide training and operational support for site enablement tools and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Support patient recruitment and site engagement initiatives, including innovative site solutions where applicable.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and the growth of IQVIA's Site Enablement capabilities in Turkey.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience within clinical research, site operations, patient recruitment, site management, or a similar environment.
  • Previous experience working directly with clinical research sites, investigators, or site staff.
  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or managing personnel.
  • Good understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Turkey as required.

Preferred Experience

  • Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Site Manager, Study Coordinator, or similar background.
  • Experience supporting patient recruitment or site support services.
  • Experience working across multiple studies or sites.
  • Clinical research certification (e.g., CCRC, CCRP).
