Job Overview
As Services Supply Chain Portfolio Manager, you will act as the strategic interface between HP Services businesses and Supply Chain, ensuring that portfolio priorities and new service requirements translate into scalable, financially sound and operationally executable Supply Chain capabilities.
You will own the consolidated portfolio view across Managed Services, Lifecycle Services and other applicable service businesses, orchestrating new service introductions (NXIs), strategic initiatives and capability improvements from early business requirements through prioritization, feasibility assessment, roadmap alignment and operational readiness.

For selected strategic initiatives, you may also assume direct program leadership to accelerate design, decision-making and execution.

- Act as the strategic Supply Chain partner to HP Services portfolio and business organizations, translating business priorities and customer needs into clear SSC requirements, capability needs and execution implications.
- Drive portfolio strategy and prioritization, assessing initiatives against business value, strategic alignment, feasibility, investment requirements, operational complexity, dependencies and available resources.
- Lead early feasibility assessments across relevant Supply Chain domains, identifying existing capabilities that can be leveraged, gaps requiring new development, and requirements that should be challenged, redirected or deprioritized.

- Influence service and operating-model design early, ensuring proposed solutions are scalable, standardized where possible, financially sustainable and aligned with existing or planned Supply Chain capabilities.
- Challenge assumptions and drive decisions, developing a clear SSC point of view rather than acting solely as a coordination layer.
- Lead strategic programs or NXIs when required, establishing governance, milestones, Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID)
- Connect portfolio and pursuit insights, using recurring customer/deal requirements and operational learnings to identify portfolio gaps and scalable capability opportunities.
- Provide executive-level portfolio communication, translating complex operational and financial topics into concise recommendations, investment cases, risks and decisions.
