Position Summary

The Service Introduction Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through assessment, discovery, service introduction, and readiness activities that enable successful adoption of new services and operational capabilities. The role combines consulting, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, operational readiness, and value realization disciplines to help clients transform strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery and Assessment

• Facilitate discovery workshops, orientation sessions, and rapid value assessments.

• Work with client and delivery teams to understand business objectives, operational maturity, requirements, risks, and readiness.

• Gather, analyze, and validate information from stakeholders, documentation, and operational data sources.

• Establish current-state baselines and identify opportunities for improvement.

Consulting and Service Introduction

• Act as the primary consulting interface between customers, delivery teams, and solution stakeholders.

• Support introduction of new services, operating models, and service management capabilities.

• Develop practical recommendations that align business goals with operational requirements.

• Ensure service introduction activities are coordinated, structured, and outcome focused.

Reporting, Roadmaps and Value Realization

• Prepare assessment, maturity, and recommendation reports for customer leadership teams.

• Develop high-level business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks.

• Create transformation roadmaps that prioritize initiatives and define next steps.

• Present findings, recommendations, and executive summaries to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, SMEs, project teams, and service delivery organizations.

• Facilitate workshops, reviews, interviews, and governance sessions.

• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Service Management, or a related discipline.

• Experience in consulting, service introduction, transition, transformation, operational readiness, or IT service management environments.

• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and presentation skills.

• Experience preparing executive reports, recommendations, and roadmap documentation.

• Ability to work in international, customer-facing, and matrix organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certification or equivalent service management knowledge.

• Experience with digital workplace, transformation, user experience, or operational improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of business case development, ROI modelling, and maturity assessments.
