We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead organic growth initiatives across traditional search engines, AI-powered search platforms, and emerging answer-based discovery channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), along with a solid understanding of how search behavior is evolving with AI and large language models.

You will be responsible for developing and executing organic growth strategies that improve search visibility, increase qualified website traffic, strengthen brand presence across AI-generated answers, and contribute to inbound lead generation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page SEO, content optimization, keyword research, and organic growth.
• Lead AEO strategies to improve the likelihood of content appearing in featured snippets, answer boxes, voice search results, and other direct-answer experiences.
• Develop and implement GEO strategies to improve brand and content visibility across AI-powered search engines and generative AI platforms.
• Conduct detailed keyword, competitor, SERP, and search-intent analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with content, product, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across digital assets.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, page speed, structured data, canonicalization, and other technical factors.
• Build strategies for increasing organic traffic, keyword rankings, domain authority, and qualified conversions.
• Monitor search engine algorithm updates and evolving AI search trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Develop content briefs and optimization frameworks aligned with search intent and user journeys.
• Track and analyze SEO performance using relevant analytics and SEO tools, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic conversion rates and inbound lead generation.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create high-quality, authoritative, search-focused content.
• Manage backlink acquisition and digital PR initiatives where required.
• Establish SEO KPIs and regularly report performance, growth opportunities, and challenges to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth.
• Proven expertise in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
• Strong understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search.
• Excellent knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Strong understanding of search intent, keyword research, SERP analysis, and content optimization.
• Experience with SEO analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable SEO strategies.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, indexing, crawling, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in generating or contributing to inbound leads through organic channels.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS, technology, marketplace, or high-growth digital businesses.
• Knowledge of AI search platforms, LLM-driven discovery, and emerging search behavior.
• Experience with content marketing, digital PR, and link-building strategies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
• Experience managing SEO projects or working with cross-functional teams.
