We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Vessel Performance Analyst to join our Digital division’s Product Development team in Greece. In this role, you will focus on the development, implementation, validation, and application of advanced models and algorithms for Hull & Propeller performance optimization. Your expertise will drive the development and continuous improvement of Hull & Propeller performance models and analytics, enabling operational optimization, efficiency improvements, and emissions reduction across our customers' fleets. You will also provide technical expertise to internal analysts and operations teams, ensuring the successful application of our digital solutions and delivering measurable customer value.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of innovative digital solutions, analytics tools, and vessel performance optimization methodologies.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance hull & propeller performance models, algorithms, and engineering tools to support product development and operational excellence.

  • Provide expert knowledge in vessel performance related fields,

  • Collaborate with product teams, analysts, and customers to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support product strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Deliver technical training and support. Be available for 2nd-level troubleshooting expertise for Hull & Propeller products, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational reliability.

Your background:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in vessel performance analysis, optimization, and efficiency management gained within a shipping company or a closely related operational environment

  • Completed degree in a relevant field such as Maritime Studies, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Data Analytics, or a comparable discipline.

  • Familiarity with programming languages, data analysis tools, and data science techniques is a strong asset

  • Experience in developing analytical models

  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills

  • Solution-oriented, autonomous, and proactive working style

  • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and improve

  • Team player, able to communicate to people with different backgrounds and skill sets

  • Knowledge of agile product development and marine market

  • Excellent communication skills in English
