We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and perform end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across In-country, Staffing and Managed Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with Hiring Managers, and delivering qualified candidates within established recruitment timelines and KPIs. This position is full-time and remote; you'll be recruiting for a mix of hybrid, onsite, and remote positions depending on client and business need.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition intake and sourcing through offer and pre-onboarding support
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for technical and hard-to-fill positions
- Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates using various recruitment channels and platforms
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage candidate follow-ups, and facilitate offer processes
- Manage candidate dispositioning in Phenom (CRM), ensuring candidates are appropriately updated and documented throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline status, hiring challenges, and market insights
- Participate in scheduled global meetings, recruitment calls, and stakeholder discussions to align hiring priorities, recruitment strategies, and business updates
- Ensure timely and accurate job postings via Appcast, candidate submissions, recruitment documentation, and CRM updates in Phenom
- Consistently meet established KPIs and SLAs, including time-to-fill, submission volume, and interview-to-offer ratios
- Leverage recruitment technology — including Workday (ATS), Phenom (CRM), Appcast, LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and AI-enabled sourcing tools — to improve recruitment efficiency
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and overall delivery
What You'll Need
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment, preferably within IT Staffing, Consulting, Outsourcing, or Managed Services
- Proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Development, Quality Assurance Analysts, Cybersecurity, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, AI, and other IT functions
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing, with a solid understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, pipeline management, candidate dispositioning, and time-to-fill
- Strong stakeholder and Hiring Manager management skills
- Experience recruiting for Hybrid and Onsite work arrangements, with the ability to effectively communicate work setup, location, and role expectations to candidates
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Phenom, or similar platforms), LinkedIn, job boards, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technology
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Preferred:
- Direct experience with Workday ATS and Phenom
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools
- Experience with global recruitment exposure or working with international clients and distributed teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across the Talent Acquisition team

- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
