Job Summary Experienced Network Security Engineer with expertise in Blue Coat ProxySG (Broadcom/Symantec Proxy), Firewalls, Routing, Switching, and Network Security Operations. Responsible for managing secure internet access, web filtering, proxy administration, policy enforcement, troubleshooting, and security infrastructure support. Key Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Blue Coat ProxySG appliances.

Implement URL filtering, web access, content filtering, and authentication policies.

Create and maintain whitelist and blacklist rules.

Configure and troubleshoot SSL inspection/decryption.

Monitor proxy performance, logs, and web traffic.

Perform ProxySG upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.

Troubleshoot user access, authentication, and web application connectivity issues.

Analyze logs and traffic to support security investigations and compliance requirements.

Integrate ProxySG with Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO solutions.

Manage and support Firewalls, Routing, Switching, and VPN technologies.

Perform network and security incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.

Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to support enterprise security initiatives.
