About this Senior Staff Brand Marketing Manager role at Boston Dynamics

Boston Dynamics · Onsite · Waltham Office (POST)

At Boston Dynamics, we are redefining how the world interacts with robotics. What started as groundbreaking R&D and viral moments has evolved into real-world deployment across industrial automation, logistics, and enterprise environments.

As we continue this transition to commercialization, brand is no longer just awareness. It is a strategic lever for growth, trust, and adoption.

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of our brand evolution. This role will shape how Boston Dynamics shows up in the market, translating cutting-edge innovation into compelling, real-world value for customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem.

This is a high-impact Brand Marketing Manager role. You will sit at the intersection of storytelling, commercialization, and market perception, driving brand programs that build both awareness and tangible business outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams and manage external partners to scale Boston Dynamics’ presence across a variety of brand activations and collaborations, advertising campaigns, and experiential marketing while ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the refinement and execution of Boston Dynamics’ brand narrative as we scale into enterprise and industrial markets
  • Translate complex robotics capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for customers
  • Ensure a consistent brand narrative across all external-facing channels, from digital to in-person experiences
  • Partner with the Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) brand strategy and events teams to define Boston Dynamics' brand messaging as an integral part of the larger HMG ecosystem, and ensure our story is clear at major events and experiential activations.
  • Serve as the primary brand interface with HMG’s corporate brand strategy and events teams for strategic alignment and asset coordination.
  • Manage and strengthen external brand relationships with key partners, including Nvidia and Google DeepMind.
  • Ensure alignment between brand storytelling and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Help shape initiatives that bring Boston Dynamics into the public and industry spotlight through demonstrations, showcases, and partnerships.
  • Create opportunities for customers, developers, and the broader community to experience our technology firsthand.
  • Manage external agencies and vendor relationships with clear accountability for outcomes.
  • Track and report on KPIs for brand marketing programs, helping to establish measurement frameworks that tie brand investment to business impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, field, or experiential marketing, preferably within an advanced technology or high-growth segment.
  • Proven ability to execute and scale brand programs that directly support commercialization and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing complex events and experiential programs, including those involving physical products or large-scale hardware.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect brand initiatives to pipeline and ROI.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and executive teams.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-evolving environment where structure is still being built.
