Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Python Engineer to lead the design, development, optimization, and deployment of scalable enterprise-grade applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python development, system performance optimization, CI/CD automation, cloud-native architectures, application security, job scheduling/orchestration frameworks, and emerging AI technologies. This role requires strong technical skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while driving architectural excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Python applications and services.
• Define engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across development teams.
• Drive architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Conduct performance profiling, troubleshooting, and bottleneck analysis.
• Design solutions capable of supporting high-volume, mission-critical workloads.
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish automated testing, quality gates, vulnerability scanning, and release management processes.
• Drive DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement secure coding practices and application security standards.
• Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Design and develop AI-enabled applications and services.
• Support AI model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and optimization.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify practical business applications.
