Experience Range: At least 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong front-end specialization and demonstrated technical leadership, ideally within AI-augmented engineering environments Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences across platformsOwn front-end architecture, reusable component libraries, and enforce enterprise UI standards for consistency and efficiencyDevelop robust user interfaces using React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks, optimizing for accessibility, performance, and scalabilityDesign and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python, integrating seamlessly with front-end applicationsMentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision-making to foster engineering excellenceCollaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business solutions aligned with organizational goalsDrive technical excellence through code reviews, engineering standards, and quality governance, ensuring compliance and securityLead cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, optimizing for reliability and scalabilityRequired Skills:
Expert proficiency in React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Strong understanding of responsive design principlesDeep knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelinesExpertise in front-end performance profiling and optimization techniquesBackend development expertise with Node.js, .NET, Java, or PythonAPI development using REST and GraphQLCloud platform experience, preferably Azure, with AWS or GCP also acceptableCI/CD pipeline configuration using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar toolsContainerization and orchestration with Docker and KubernetesExperience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB)Preferred Skills:
Experience building reusable component libraries and enterprise design systemsExperience with Micro Frontend ArchitectureKnowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI platforms, or AI-powered applicationsExperience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Workspace, or similar platformsExperience with Event-Driven Architectures and Message QueuesKnowledge of observability tools, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracingExperience developing enterprise SaaS applicationsDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related disciplineCertification in front-end or full stack development such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified DeveloperCertification in cloud-native or DevOps practices, such as Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)Relevant AI/ML certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) is a plus
