本職務は、初期のクライアント対応からクロージングに至るまで、ライフサイクル全体を管理し、プロジェクトを通じてエンドツーエンドのセキュリティソリューションを提供します。主な職務内容は以下の通りです。

技術的な実行力: 技術的な問題の特定・分析、影響範囲の特定、予防策の策定、技術面および運用面の改善提案、ならびにクライアントへのトレーニングの実施。
プロジェクトおよび財務管理: プロジェクトのスケジュールとコストの監視、予算の見積もり、請求書の管理、ならびに社内経営陣とクライアント企業の橋渡し（主な連絡窓口）としての役割。
ビジネス開発（営業活動）: 営業プレゼンテーションへの参加、提案書（プロポーザル）の作成、およびクライアント企業内における新しい製品やサービスの機会の開拓。業績評価指標
（KPI）: 成果は主に、稼働率（請求可能な時間）、コンサルティング案件の獲得成功、および予算時間内でのソリューション提供によって測定されます。

Security Consultant / Project Manager Overview
This role involves delivering end-to-end security solutions through consulting projects, managing the entire lifecycle from initial client engagement to final billing.

Key aspects of the position include:

Technical Execution: Identifying and analyzing technical issues, determining the scope of impact, developing preventative measures, recommending technical and operational improvements, and training clients.

Project & Financial Management: Overseeing project schedules and costs, estimating budgets, managing invoices, and acting as the primary liaison between internal and client management.

Business Development: Participating in sales presentations, drafting proposals, and identifying new product or service opportunities within the client's organization.

Performance Metrics: Success is primarily measured by utilization rate (billable hours), successful acquisition of consulting engagements, and the delivery of solutions within the budgeted time.

必要な経験:

・7年以上の社会人経験
・ 以下のセキュリティ関連業務の経験

• CSIRT支援関連（規定類改定、セキュリティ計画策定、セキュリティ教育、セキュリティヘルプデスク、インシデントレスポンス、フォレンジック、マルウェア分析等）

• SOC支援関連（SIEMを使用したログ分析、パケット分析、脆弱性対応等）

• IT/OT セキュリティアセスメント

• サイバーセキュリティ・情報セキュリティに関する調査研究

• 脆弱診断、ペネトレーションテスト等業務経験
   

・3年以上のシステム設計/構築、クラウド等のIT領域の業務経験（必須）
・複数のセキュリティ・コンサルティング案件又は複数のセキュリティ関連業務のプリセールスを行った経験があると望ましい。

以下の資格・スキル:
・サイバーセキュリティ、情報セキュリティへの高い学習意欲（必須）
・顧客を含む関係者とのコミュニケーション・調整スキル（現時点では低くとも獲
得する意欲がある必要があります。）
・基本情報技術者試験 合格（合格が望ましいですが、同レベルの知識レベルがあ
れば支障ありません）

・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（読み書き、スピーキング）は必須
・ビジネスレベルの英語能力（読み書き、スピーキング）がある場合、望ましい。（入社する際に、英語に抵抗感はない程度であれば問題ない。）

Develops and delivers detailed IT solutions through consulting project activities. Responsibilities include client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (i.e., billable hours). Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring. May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing. May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. Performance is typically measured by the capture of the consulting engagement and/or delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.
