- Conduct hazard assessments, risk analyses, and safety reviews to support construction and industrial operations
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs, procedures, and training to enhance worker safety and regulatory compliance
- Perform safety audits, incident investigations, compliance inspections, and emergency response activities, including participation in an on-call rotation
- Partner with project teams and contractors to integrate safety-by-design principles and ensure effective execution of site safety requirements
- Utilize AI-enabled tools, workflows, and data analysis techniques to improve EHS processes, identify trends, and support proactive risk reduction
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of professional experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or a related EHS field
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support emergency response activities as needed
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification
- Experience leading small to medium-sized projects and cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting large-scale construction or industrial operations
- Experience developing AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, or data-driven safety improvement programs
- Experience using AI tools to analyze safety performance data and identify potential risks and improvement opportunities
