  • Apply structured problemsolving methods such as 5Why, Fishbone, and 8D to identify root cause and drive corrective action.

  • Champion reliability, robustness, and continuous improvement across designs.

New Product Introduction & Manufacturing Support

  • Support handson build, bringup, and qualification of new robotic products.

  • Lead technical transition from R&D into manufacturing and volume production.

  • Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Cost (DFC) while maintaining high reliability standards.

CrossFunctional & Customer Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Management, Applications Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

  • Support customer interactions including requirement definition, design reviews, and technical issue resolution.

  • Travel as needed within Asia (Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan) to support customers and global programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

  • 10+ years of experience in robot or precision mechatronic system design for highreliability or missioncritical applications.
