Plan and deliver a research programme across data, reports and slide deliverables

Engage regularly with clients, including senior executives, to present our views, gather research and develop new business

Build and maintain contacts with key players in the industry; develop research and commercial relationships

Identify and collect new data and ensure that this is stored in the relevant WM databases and systems

Work with AI models and agents to improve research processes and develop advanced reasoning of trends within the LNG market

Create new written and data-connected research in natural gas trading, piped and LNG terminals infrastructure dynamics, and corporate themes.

Work with colleagues in Sales and Consulting teams to drive business opportunities

Qualifications

You have either worked within a data, analytics, or consulting business, or have been directly involved in a commercial gas-related role with an industry participant. You have industry knowledge and enthusiasm for analysing and understanding the gas and LNG market.

You are passionate about what you do, and the quality of your work makes you credible with clients. You like speaking with clients and presenting your views.

You enjoy the development and implementation of modelling and integrated scenario problem-solving.

You have an analytical and quantitative mind, an eye for detail and an ability to translate your understanding of the market into clear coherent messages for customers.

You have planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload and also co-operate across the team, broader gas business and wider Wood Mackenzie organisation.
