You will provide guidance and mentoring to the PMs and APMs assigned to their brands.

Ready to make a difference and be a part of something extraordinary? Join us on this journey toward a healthier, happier world! Apply now!

  • Technology Utilization: Utilize Project Management Software (e.g., Workamajig, Workfront, Excel) to automate tasks, ensure quality, and improve process efficiency.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop conference reports and meeting recaps, ensuring clear communication internally and externally. Lead internal cross-functional meetings and provide project management insights to clients as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee weekly and monthly client financial reporting, including billing summaries and financial analysis. Provide regular updates to senior management as required.
  • Team Development: Manage the employee lifecycle for APMs, including onboarding, training, development, and conducting performance reviews. Address HR issues and escalate to senior management when necessary.
