Parallel Wireless is seeking a Program Manager for the US Defense and Federal Group. The Program Manager directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. They will drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management of DoW and USG programs involving mesh networking solutions including Open RAN based 5G/6G solutions for federal and defense applications.
- Accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program through all phases, from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to negotiate, finalize, and track Statements of Work, milestones, risk register, schedule, and cost variances.
- Establish and execute program plans in a firm fixed or cost-plus program constructs.
- Grow the program by proactively identifying and capturing additional and/or follow-on scope.
- Work collaboratively with the functional organizations and empower teams to meet and/or exceed program contract goals.
- Operate within a highly dynamic and changing environment and adapt to shifting customer and company strategic priorities.
