Position Summary:

• The role will be responsible for Cardiopulmonary equipment and Autotransfusion portfolio management including product life cycle management, driving commercial success of heart lung machine, Xtra (machine), Washset (disposable) through technical expertise and clinical partnership, ensuring market leadership in perfusion technology and blood management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Product Management:
  • Lead monthly equipment funnel review (Heart Lung Machine and Xtra), including data collection from sales team, funnel analysis, including newly added funnels, conversion progress analysis, low win rate funnel analysis, slow moving funnel, installation phasing, etc.
  • Work with sales team to generate equipment purchasing needs via pricing/configuration proposal.
  • Support equipment bidding process, preparing tender documents based on the equipment characteristics and configuration proposals.
  • Provide onsite presentation and demonstration during the bidding process by demand.
  • Support Heart Lung Machine data connectivity deployment.
• Seek for ATS business opportunities to find ATS non- cardiac opportunities and increase ATS equipment installation of cardiac centers. 
• Support equipment hardware and software upgrade registration strategy and execution in China, working with Global Strategic Marketing and local RA.
• Manage product lifecycle including new product introduction, launch readiness, lifecycle optimization and obsolescence planning, procedures, and business practices within responsible products.
• Work with the key multi-functional experts to define critical go-to-market parameters, including pricing, segmentation, target population, market positioning, etc. to maximize the growth opportunity generated by the launch of the new therapy.
• Develop and execute marketing plan and all required marketing activities with appropriate planning, driving, and excellence and compliance in execution.
• Enhance product demand forecast for the responsible product line to support sales sustainability with operation optimization through close working with key stakeholders, including but not limited to sales, ComEx, ComOps, RA, etc.
• Enhance professional partnership with physician community and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) through continually on job learning/ acquiring diseases, therapies and technologies knowledge.
• Collect and analyze the market/ competitive intelligence.
• Comply with the compliance/ethic/code of conducts requirements of LivaNova Group; ensure people conduct business in a fair and ethical fashion. Individuals in this role interpret and enforce company policy, procedures, and business practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8Y total working experience in the marketing role in medical device industry.
• Minimum 5Y equipment marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred major in Bioengineering.
• Marketing technical expertise (product development, product launch, KOL management, etc.);
• Digital solutions experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with multi-functional players (RA, Clinical, etc.);
• Ability of excellent communication / interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivation, problem solving attitude, quick action, good team player.
• Language: English with CET-6; Written English is required.
