  • Collaborate with account, creative, design, and technical teams to define project requirements, timelines, budgets, and logistical needs.
  • Manage day-to-day production, including detailed schedules, project scope, meetings, deliverables review, and risk identification.
  • Select, negotiate, and manage outside vendor contracts to best execute the creative vision.
  • Partner with creatives to ensure the overall look, feel, and vision are achieved, offering tactical support along the way.
  • Serve as a client-facing leader, driving projects forward and proactively communicating any obstacles.
  • Maintain active communication across all departments and with clients regarding milestones, deliverables, and due dates.
  • Build and manage overall project budgets, provide revenue projections, document change requests, and handle budget reconciliations at project close.
  • Manage and mentor junior-level production staff.

Who You Are

  • A strategic problem-solver who expertly balances client objectives with logistical realities to deliver flawless experiences.
  • A collaborative leader and mentor who builds strong, empathetic relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
  • A proactive driver of projects who comfortably navigates ambiguity, champions the creative vision, and boldly addresses obstacles to keep work moving forward.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically within event and experience production.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience building and managing complex project budgets, revenue projections, and vendor contracts.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly alongside creative, account, and technical teams.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with a track record of guiding clients through complex productions.
  • Experience mentoring, managing, or guiding junior team members.
