Summary of Position:
NVE Experience Agency seeks a Senior Producer to lead large-scale B2B programs from concept through execution, with a focus on corporate events and experiences. Primary responsibilities include leading complex and/or large-scale B2B projects end to end, translating client briefs into clear scopes, budgets, and timelines, directing internal teams and vendor partners, and supporting the agency's new business pipeline alongside the rest of the production department.
Role Priorities:
Project Delivery
- Own and lead projects as senior production lead, ensuring seamless onsite execution and that programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to NVE’s standard.
- Manage and execute programs, personally building and owning core project documentation including deliverable timelines, production schedules, budgets, floor plans, session grids, and run of show.
- Coordinate closely with client stakeholders across marketing, communications, content, IT, and security, and support executive and speaker logistics including rehearsal schedules and content deadlines.
- Manage venue, convention center, and hotel relationships, including space holds, floor plan approvals, in-house AV and exclusive vendors, union labor rules, and F&B minimums.
- Partner with creative leadership to ensure financial viability of any/all concepts and creative deliverables.
- Work closely with leadership to assess and allocate project resources efficiently.
Client Management
- Manage client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are executed in a timely manner.
- Provide clear ongoing communication to the client regarding roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules for assigned programs.
Budget Management
- Build and own project budgets from $500K-$3MM++, from initial estimate through final reconciliation.
- Set target margins with production leadership, track spend against budget throughout the project, and flag variance early.
- Oversee coordination with internal teams on invoices and vendor payments.
- Support the finance team by ensuring you and your teams close out projects promptly.
- Negotiate directly with vendors, AV and technical partners, exhibit houses, venues, and production partners to secure the best value without compromising the work.
Team Management
- Manage multiple direct reports, providing guidance and leadership.
- Set regular check-ins with your teams for project related updates and feedback in a timely manner.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Responsible for ensuring timesheets and expenses are completed in a timely manner for all project workstreams whether leading or supervising.
- Ensure all team members are on-boarding temporary production staff in accordance with company policy.
- Protect resources on projects accurately utilizing internal and external resources.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of event production experience
- Proven track record leading large-scale B2B events & experiences, including customer or user conferences, industry tradeshows and exhibit footprints, executive summits, and white-glove hospitality programs
- 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience
- Technical production knowledge across AV, staging, lighting, rigging, power, and networking
- Extensive freelance and vendor network across B2B event production, including AV, exhibit houses, and general contractors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proficient with Microsoft and Apple applications and project management software
- Thorough understanding of permitting standards (including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to manage production timelines around permit procurement
- Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same time
Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working onsite
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items
- While working onsite, must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed
- Have a valid Driver’s License
- Available to work weekends and evenings as needed for events
Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. The ideal candidate is located in Los Angeles or New York City.

Salary Estimation: [$115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year]
This is an Exempt full-time role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
