JOB PURPOSE:

To develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and align with business objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver ROI
• Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, Google (UAC, Demand Gen, Display, PMax), and mobile programmatic partners.
• Run acquisition, conversion, and retargeting campaigns across iOS and Android, with geo-level strategies for KSA & other Gulf countries.
• Optimize daily toward acquisition targets, managing budget pacing and scaling decisions within agreed efficiency thresholds.
• Design and run structured A/B tests (creative, audience, bidding, placement) and turn results into scaling actions.
• Work with MMPs, product, and database analysis platform to ensure clean tracking, postbacks, deep links, and event quality across networks.
• Manage SKAdNetwork campaigns and support conversion value mapping on iOS.
• Build and activate audiences with the CRM team (MoEngage), including suppression lists, high-intent cohorts, and re-engagement segments.
• Brief the creative team on weekly sprints on performance insights.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and next actions.
• Coordinate with platform account managers and ad-tech vendors on betas, troubleshooting, and IO requirements.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing app install and in-app conversion campaigns.
• Proven experience scaling spend on Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, and Google App Campaigns in the Saudi or wider GCC market.
• Strong working experience of MMPs (Kochava, Branch, or Adjust), SKAdNetwork attribution, and iOS privacy constraints.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnel analysis, cohort data, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. SQL or BI tool experience (Metabase, Looker) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of testing methodology, budget allocation, and scaling practices.
• Ability to translate data into clear creative briefs.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, or other high-frequency booking apps.
• Familiarity with CAPI / Events API setups and server-side tracking.
• Experience with DCO tools (e.g., Confect) and CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage).
• Exposure to incrementality or geo-holdout testing.
