We are seeking one experienced and highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic R&D team based in Taiwan.  The successful candidates will play a crucial role in design, development, and improvement of our mechanical systems and products, lead manufacturing issues debug and DoE.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead mechanical design of new products and systems, Using CAD software Creo to create 2D and 3D models.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews to make sure product reliability, and manufacturability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing peoples to integrate components to product.

  • Propose and implement innovative solution to mechanical challenges, reduce cost, enhance product performance and quality.

  • Plan and execute mechanical testing, analyze test data to evaluate product quality and performance.

  • Lead manufacturing personnel to investigate issue root-cause, schedule and conduct engineering validation in assembly line.

  • Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, coordinate with suppliers for procurement of mechanical components, setting manufacturing timelines. Make sure parts delivery on time.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory manufacturing and successful server product development.

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken), effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.

  • Proficiency in PTC Creo design

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Server design experience

  • Fluent oral English, mandarin is plus

  • Self-active, aggressive and think critically.

  • Good leadership and management

  • Willing to travel factories
