Your Role and Responsibilities :

 Insulation Material Selection and Development:

1) Participate in the technical evaluation and selection of insulation materials, including magnet wire, mica tape, impregnating resin, slot insulation and phase insulation;

2) Lead feasibility analysis and validation for new material introduction, as well as supplier technical qualification.

Insulation Performance Testing and Evaluation:

Define and execute test plans for insulation resistance, dielectric withstand voltage, partial discharge, dielectric dissipation factor (tan δ), thermal aging and multi-factor electrical-thermal aging; establish and improve insulation system evaluation methods and lifetime assessment models.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Technical Support:

1) Work closely with electromagnetic design, mechanical design, process, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams to provide insulation technical support to factories and customers, ensuring effective implementation of solutions;

2) Support factories in root cause analysis of insulation failures such as breakdown, partial discharge and aging cracks, and drive closure of corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications for the Role

· Bachelor and above

· 5+ years of experience in Motor insulation system or insulation technology

· Knowledge in office program

· Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement

-Good ownership. Proactive. Good communication and team work skills, willingness and capability to learn
