About the Role

As a Senior Copywriter at Pangram Labs, you will be responsible for translating our brand into messaging across all growth and product channels. You will create content for a variety of growth oriented projects - from nurture campaigns to new product launches. You will support a mission-driven organization focused on building authenticity and maintaining human connection in the age of AI agents and Generative AI.

This is a full-time role, on-site role in our Brooklyn office (5 days per week) reporting our Head of Growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead copy creation for our products, website, and marketing campaigns.

• Own our brand voice to create a sustainable and powerful message across channels and industries.

• Co-develop creative initiatives around new product launches, enterprise marketing campaigns, and customer life-cycle touch points.

• Contribute to the overall growth strategy by analyzing performance, customer feedback, and industry-wide analysis.

Qualifications:

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within a creative advertising agency serving technical clients or an in-house tech brand.

• A history of successfully distilling big-picture campaigns, creative ideas, and complex briefs into sharp, memorable creative concepts

• The ability to execute within and evolve brand voice guidelines across distinct audiences (customer segments, B2C) and channels

• Interest in AI, machine learning, and LLMs; including AI safety and responsible AI

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating modern creative workflows, content management systems (Figma, Notion, Jira), or AI-assisted ideation tools responsibly within brand guidelines.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or UX content design principles.
