JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret client briefs and translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Conceptualise and develop creative ideas and scripts for radio commercials, branded content, and client-sponsored station initiatives.
• Produce high-quality, persuasive, and engaging copy that aligns with brand objectives and audience preferences.
• Adapt and translate content across multiple languages while preserving tone, intent, and messaging effectiveness.
• Manage a high volume of scriptwriting projects while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining creative excellence.
• Ensure all scripts and creative content comply with regulatory, legal, and industry guidelines, as well as internal standards.
• Source, engage, and manage voice-over talent for commercial productions.
• Direct and supervise voice-over recording sessions to ensure accurate delivery and creative quality.
• Proofread, edit, and refine scripts and marketing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Participate in client briefings, presentations, and discussions when required.
• Provide copywriting, scriptwriting, and translation support for multimedia content, including videos, digital platforms, social media, case studies, corporate events, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, programming, and other stakeholders to deliver effective communication solutions for clients.

• Excellent copywriting, scriptwriting, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong creative flair.
• Exceptional command of grammar, language, and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to develop fresh, relevant, and audience-focused creative concepts across a wide range of industries and subject matters.
• Strong appreciation of music, audio, and sound design, with the ability to leverage these elements effectively in creative executions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven writing, copywriting, content creation, or related experience is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and consistently exceed expectations.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Resilient under pressure and receptive to feedback, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
