  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, agencies, technical specialists, and project teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize multidisciplinary work, manage competing priorities, and meet project deadlines.
  • Experience facilitating project meetings, tracking decisions and action items, and escalating risks or constraints appropriately.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused team environment.

  • Experience supporting solar, wind, battery energy storage, transmission, data center, or other power and technology infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with agency coordination, permit applications, environmental review documents, and natural-resource technical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate federal, state, and local permitting for renewable energy, power, transmission, battery energy storage, data center, and other technology-sector infrastructure projects.
  • Assist Project Managers with scope, schedule, budget, risk, and deliverable tracking.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary technical studies and document reviews to support regulatory compliance and timely project delivery.
  • Support preparation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Assessments and other federal, state, and local environmental review documents.
  • Review technical documents addressing potential impacts to soil, vegetation, wildlife, wetlands, water resources, and other environmental resources.
  • Coordinate communication among clients, technical teams, agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead project coordination meetings, document decisions and action items, monitor progress, and identify issues requiring escalation.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, permit applications, meeting summaries, presentations, and client briefings.
