Your Team's Impact
The Senior Associate, Order to Cash is responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including customer onboarding, billing, invoicing, payment application, collections, and account maintenance. This role serves as a key finance contact for customers and internal stakeholders, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, Tax, and Collections teams to support revenue operations and deliver a positive customer experience.
What You'll Be Do
- Manage customer accounts throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring accurate billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and stakeholder inquiries related to billing, payments, and account maintenance.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and support collection efforts.
- Own and manage the Breach & Termination (B&T) process, including account reviews, payment follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reporting and churn analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer and financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years of Experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Finance Operations.
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, payment application, and customer account management.
- Experience working with Maxio and Xero preferable
- Knowledge of billing portals like Coupa, Oracle
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
