As a Senior Associate in Accelerated Solutions (M&A IT), you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will focus on helping clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. Within our Deals practice, you will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration, providing strategic advice and support to clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- At least a Master's of Business Administrations degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
