RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as an Integration Resource delivering new integration projects, ensuring assigned deliverables run smoothly end-to-end within defined timelines.
  • Act as a go-to contact for internal Bacardi functional teams and the Integration Application Support Group on topics such as project execution, maintenance coordination, and governance practices in a follow-the-sun model.
  • Contribute to solution design, regression testing of integrations, and advise on integration requirements across our platforms, collaborating with senior team members and architects.
  • Operate comfortably in a hybrid integration landscape, supporting both legacy (SAP PO) and cloud-based platforms (SAP BTP Integration Suite).
  • Align with support expectations, including potential on-call or after-hours responsibilities as a Project Delivery Resource, ensuring coverage across the designated region.
  • Contribute to the integration strategy by evaluating new integration opportunities, participating in Proofs of Concept (POCs), and supporting migration and upgrade initiatives (e.g., PO to BTP Integration Suite Migration).

SKILLS

  • SAP Integration Experience: At least 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Integration as an internal or external consultant, delivering end-to-end solutions in the following areas.
  • SAP BTP Integration Suite: Experience in project delivery of cloud integration flows.
  • Groovy Scripting: Strong understanding of Groovy scripting at the core-logic level.
  • Integration Patterns: Familiarity with Splitter, Scatter-Gather, Aggregator, and timer-based flows.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Ability to monitor and troubleshoot integration flows, with a strong understanding of best practices for implementing error-handling techniques.
  • Event-Driven and S/4 Integration: Experience with event-driven architectures and SAP S/4 integrations is an advantage.
  • SAP API Management: Hands-on experience setting up products, configuring API proxies, and onboarding APIs through the Developer Hub.
  • SAP Open Connectors: Familiarity with SAP Open Connectors configuration and formula concepts.
  • SAP Cloud Connector: Experience with Cloud Connector setup and troubleshooting.
  • Mobile Integrations: Familiarity with mobile integration patterns and real-time messaging requirements.
  • SAP BTP Core Adapters: Familiarity with core adapters, including IDoc, HTTPS, JMS, ProcessDirect, AS2, SOAP, SFTP, OData, and others.
  • SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO): Experience working with the Enterprise Services Repository (ESR), including integration development.
  • SAP PO Mapping: Experience with graphical, Java, and XSLT mapping types, including custom User-Defined Functions (UDFs) developed through Java, and a clear understanding of context handling in XML structures.
  • SAP PO Integration Directory: Experience configuring integration flows, communication channels, standard adapter modules, and value mapping groups.
  • SAP PO Core Adapters: Familiarity with core adapters, including IDoc, SOAP/Proxy, RFC, AS2, REST, SFTP, File, OData, and JDBC.
  • SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio: Proficiency in using NetWeaver Developer Studio.
  • SAP PO Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Ability to monitor and troubleshoot SAP PO message-level flows.
  • SAP NetWeaver Administration: Understanding of NetWeaver administration concepts, including SSL certificates, private keys, maintenance of RFC destinations, and resource adapter troubleshooting, is an advantage.
  • Integration Testing Tools: Familiarity with third-party testing tools, including SoapUI, Mendelson, Postman, and INT4 IFTT; experience with these tools is an advantage.
  • SAP ABAP Monitoring: Ability to monitor IDocs and proxy messages in ABAP-stack systems (ECC, MDG, SRM, etc.) using WE02, WE19, partner profile configuration, destinations via SM59, and SOAMANAGER.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Basic network troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to coordinate clearly with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders during unplanned events and explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Technical Documentation: Familiarity with writing technical specifications for integration scenarios.
  • Project and DevOps Tools: Basic understanding of Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and DevOps tools.
  • Testing and Change Management: Familiarity with testing procedures and compliance with change management processes.
