Senior Analyst, Procurement Finance Intelligence at a glance... 

You will be the hands-on builder supporting the Procurement Finance Intelligence capability at Kraft Heinz. Reporting directly to the Sr Manager Logistics Finance Intelligence, you will build and maintain the pipelines, dashboards, and AI agents that automate direct spend analytics — commodities, raw materials, and packaging. This is not a reporting analyst role. You write code, build pipelines, and ship tools that replace manual work. You are based in our Mexico Global Capability Center and are a core member of the Supply Chain Finance Intelligence team. 

What’s on the menu? 

• Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines ingesting SAP/S4 procurement and direct spend data — ensuring clean, traceable, audit-ready inputs for all downstream analytics and agents 

• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports covering direct spend analytics — price variance, coverage ratios, exposure concentration, and mark-to-market visibility 

• Support the build and testing of Snowflake Cortex AI agents for procurement workflows — month-end close automation, forecast pack generation, and ad-hoc procurement finance requests 

• Automate month-end close and forecast deliverables for Procurement Finance — replacing manual Excel processes with scheduled, validated, pipeline-driven outputs 

• Support commodity hedge visibility reporting — build and maintain the data layer that feeds coverage ratio, open position, and threshold alert outputs for BU CFOs and Procurement leadership 

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis when pipeline outputs don’t match expectations — you own the quality of what you build 

• Document data models, pipeline logic, and agent prompts to the standard required by internal audit and the Finance AI Architecture team 

• Collaborate closely with the Procurement Finance Intelligence Lead and peer analysts across the Supply Chain Finance Intelligence pillar to share patterns and avoid duplicating work

• I have 2–5 years of experience in finance, data analytics, or data engineering — with exposure to procurement, supply chain, or commodity finance preferred 

• I understand basic procurement finance mechanics — price variance, coverage ratios, commodity exposure — well enough to validate that my outputs make sense 

• I write SQL and Python fluently — I build pipelines, not just queries 

• I have experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data platform; exposure to Snowflake Cortex or LLM APIs is a plus 

• I build dashboards that business users actually use — not prototypes that get abandoned after the demo 

• I have worked with SAP/S4 data or understand procurement and spend data structures in an ERP environment 

• I am comfortable working in a distributed team — my lead is in a different time zone and I operate with autonomy on day-to-day execution 

• I have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
