Senior AI Engineer needed to design and implement production-grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within our client's Azure environment.
The opportunity
The role will focus on LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation frameworks, working closely with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to turn the target architecture into reliable, secure and scalable AI services.
What you’ll get to do
- prompt engineering, structured outputs and tool calling
- build evaluation frameworks, golden datasets and automated quality testing for LLM solutions
- design and implementing agent orchestration and AI workflows
- backend/API development and integration with enterprise systems
What you should have
- strong hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI and AI agents,
- experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions,
- experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments,
- understanding of AI security, observability and production reliability,
- ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute directly to implementation and technical decisions.

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines.
