Edelman has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive, Creator Marketing to partner with our world class Brand team working on a large retail client.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for creator partnerships, branded video content, social platforms and digital media. You will bring experience supporting creator campaigns, building relationships with creators and their representatives, and contributing to integrated programs.

The Senior Account Executive position requires strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple campaign workstreams moving with guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day execution of creator marketing programs, keeping timelines, deliverables and campaign trackers up to date
• Communicate with creators and their representatives regarding campaign details, deliverables and logistics, with guidance from senior team members
• Prepare client updates, status reports and campaign recaps, and participate in client calls as needed
• Research, source and vet creators aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines and audience targets
• Track creator outreach, responses and campaign participation to help maintain organized creator relationships
• Assist with negotiations and contracting by gathering information, tracking approvals and coordinating next steps with senior team members
• Assist in developing creator briefs and organizing briefing materials for creators and internal teams
• Track creator content submissions, feedback and approvals to help ensure deliverables meet briefs, timelines and platform requirements
• Coordinate with account, creative, paid media and analytics teams to support integrated campaign execution
• Monitor creator activity, social trends and platform updates, and share relevant findings with the team

Basic Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in an agency, creator vendor, brand or related field, supporting creator or digital marketing programs
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience supporting the execution of creator or social media marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with creator outreach, briefing, content reviews or campaign reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• A collaborative approach, willingness to learn and comfort asking questions or flagging potential issues
• Ability and willingness to work East Coast business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience communicating directly with creators and/or talent representatives
• Familiarity with creator marketing contracts, deliverables and FTC disclosure requirements
• Experience preparing client updates, meeting notes or campaign recaps
• Familiarity with creator discovery, campaign management or reporting tools
• Understanding of social platforms and creator content best practices
• Interest in the retail space
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities

Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000 CAD/yr.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
