Seasonal Poolside Roles | Crown Towers & Crown Metropol Perth
Looking for an exciting summer opportunity? Join Crown Resorts and help create unforgettable moments for our guests while working in a vibrant, team-focused environment. We're seeking energetic and guest-focused individuals to become part of our Poolside teams at Crown Towers and Crown Metropol Perth.

- Waitperson
- Bar Attendant
These are part-time positions offered on a 6-month contract, with opportunities for future career growth within Crown.
Recruitment for these roles will take place between October and November 2026.
What You'll Be Doing
As a member of our Poolside team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring efficient and friendly service throughout the venue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Sharing your knowledge of food, beverages, and venue offerings to enhance the guest experience
- Providing attentive and professional food and beverage service
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment
- Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Confidence carrying and serving beverages using a tray
- Strong beverage knowledge (for Bar Attendant applicants)
- Understanding of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements within a licensed venue
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a current RSA certificate, or be willing to obtain one
- Be available throughout the seasonal period, including weekends and public holidays
- Be available to work shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, across both weekdays and weekends
- Be comfortable working a rotating roster that includes morning, day, and evening shifts
- Have previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn three-plate carrying techniques and beverage tray service
