The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an Asset & Project Coordinator to join Crown Melbourne's Engineering & Maintenance team. Supporting a complex hospitality and entertainment environment, this role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of engineering asset data, supporting maintenance projects and ensuring asset records remain accurate across Crown's physical infrastructure such as Mechnical, Electrical and Plumbing. Working closely with engineers, maintenance teams and contractors, you'll help ensure plant, equipment and building assets are correctly recorded, maintained and reported on, supporting effective planning, compliance and operational performance.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, systems and process improvement within an engineering or facilities environment.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and improve engineering asset registers, ensuring plant, equipment and infrastructure records remain accurate and up to date.
• Verify asset information following installations, upgrades and decommissioning activities, ensuring maintenance systems accurately reflect current asset status.
• Support engineering and maintenance projects through documentation management, reporting, work order administration and project tracking.
• Monitor contractor performance against agreed deliverables and maintain accurate maintenance, service and compliance records.
• Analyse asset and maintenance data to identify discrepancies, improve data quality and support operational decision-making.
• Produce reports and insights to support maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management and engineering operations.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in engineering administration, maintenance coordination, facilities management, asset management or a similar operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and maintain accurate asset records.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including reporting, reconciliation and data analysis.
• Experience working with asset management or maintenance systems, ideally within a CMMS environment such as Maximo.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, documentation and stakeholder requests.
• A proactive and self-directed approach with the confidence to work independently while supporting a broader engineering and maintenance team.
