Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation efforts.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value.
 

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
A minimum of 4 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
