What You'll Be Doing:

• Converting new trade business customer enquiries into subscription sales over the phone
• Hitting activity and revenue targets by closing sales and signing customers up to the platform
• Engaging with customers, learning about their businesses and understanding their pain points
• Promoting the benefits of joining the platform and managing objections
• Maintaining customer details in Salesforce CRM
• Following scripts and regulations to ensure high quality customer interactions

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a high volume, phone based sales role
• Ideally prior experience closing sales
• Energy, optimism and a can do mindset, with the ability to turn a "no" into a "yes"
• Comfort thriving in a fast paced environment and motivation to hit targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working Holiday Visa 417 holders with relevant phone sales experience are encouraged to apply

• Pay: $70K base + $42K uncapped commission + super
• Location: Sydney CBD, close to public transport
• Work arrangement: Hybrid after probation period 
• Start date: ASAP
