Job Description:

SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Core Experience

• Strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), including Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Experience in maintenance planning, work order management, scheduling, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating SAP PM with Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI), and Project Systems (PS).
• Knowledge of spare parts management, inventory planning, and maintenance procurement processes.
• Experience with maintenance reporting, KPIs, and asset performance monitoring.
• Exposure to predictive and preventive maintenance strategies is an advantage.
• Experience working on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Key Competencies

• 8 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) consulting.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP PM implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Experience preparing functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation.
• Ability to analyze production and maintenance issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of maintenance business processes and industry best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
