We are looking for an experiencedย SAP FICO Consultantย with strong hands-on expertise inย SAP S/4HANA Financeย to support development, enhancements, implementation activities, and production operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise acrossย SAP FI and CO, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and experience working with ABAP developers and cross-functional SAP teams. This role requires someone who can independently manage functional requirements, configuration, testing, incidents, change requests, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise and production support forย SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FICO.
- Configure and support SAP FI processes acrossย FI-GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Support SAP CO processes includingย Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP FICO solutions.
- Perform SAP configuration, enhancements, and functional changes based on business requirements.
- Prepare detailedย functional specificationsย for ABAP developments and coordinate with technical teams.
- Work closely with ABAP developers to design, develop, test, and implement SAP enhancements.
- Support integration between SAP Finance andย MM and SDย modules.
- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, defect analysis, and resolution.
- Manage production incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined timelines.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams to resolve integration and application issues.
- Support deployment and validation of approved changes in production environments.
- Maintain functional documentation, configuration details, test cases, and solution specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide functional guidance on SAP Finance processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP FICO processes, solutions, and support practices.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 8+ years of experienceย in SAP FICO, with strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance.
- Proven experience working withย SAP S/4HANA Financeย in development, enhancement, implementation, and production-support environments.
- Strong functional expertise inย FI-GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Good understanding ofย SAP CO, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Strong experience with SAP configuration, enhancements, functional specifications, testing, and defect resolution.
- Experience handlingย production support, incident management, and change requests.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration withย MM and SD.
- Ability to work effectively withย ABAP developers and SAP functional/technical teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
- Strong ownership of assigned deliverables and ability to work independently in a production-support environment.
- Willingness to workย from the Noida office five days a weekย is mandatory.
