As a SAP Basis Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in SAP Technology. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Developing and executing strategic technology plans to optimize SAP system performance
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA for data-driven insights and decision-making
- Collaborating with clients to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
- Providing training and support to clients for effective use of SAP solutions
- Engaging in business transformation projects to align technology with strategic objectives
- Maintaining professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Building and nurturing meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
