As an AES SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, specifically within our SAP practice. You will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. By analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support, you will enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Developing and maintaining SAP ABAP programs to enhance system functionality
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to create intuitive user interfaces and reports
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes and drive transformation initiatives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with business objectives
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and improve process efficiency
- Embracing change and fostering innovation within SAP technology projects
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
- Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data management
