We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to join our Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce Flow, Customization/configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations, along with solid functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.


  • Design and implement Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, and Autolaunched Flows.
    Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Develop scalable and reusable Apex Classes, Triggers, Queueable/Batch Apex, and Test Classes.
  • Build responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with Salesforce data and Apex.
  • Develop solutions following Salesforce best practices, including bulkification, governor limits, security, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of the security model in Salesforce
  • Work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to implement business processes and automation.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other Salesforce integration capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, production defects, and performance-related problems.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Develop comprehensive unit tests and ensure Salesforce code quality and maintainability.
  • Work with Salesforce administrators, architects, business analysts, QA, and other technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
    Support deployments using Salesforce CLI/SFDX, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD tools.

  • Build and develop the solution by following best practices in Salesforce
  • Follow a no-code or low-code approach wherever possible
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor
  • Ensure that code is reusable, scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with analysts, business, tech leads, and other engineers to build and deliver the project
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and its features
  • knowledge on Salesforce latest releases, features, design trends, and integrating new ideas.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce AI features
