About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Salesforce professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting capabilities and architectural thinking.

As part of an innovative and fast-moving environment, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions that support business-critical processes across our organization and ecosystem.

The landscape includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data 360 and Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solution architectures across multiple clouds
• Lead complex Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Drive best practices across development, security, governance, and release management
• Build and optimize integrations using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and external platforms
• Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and appropriate declarative Salesforce capabilities.
• Support and extend Data Cloud capabilities and customer data strategies.
• Contribute to technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.
• Shape a practical AI and Agentforce roadmap focused on measurable business outcomes across sales, service and revenue workflows.
• Mentor developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development and architecture.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and integration architecture patterns
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governance models
• Experience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud is highly valued
• Experience with Salesforce AI, ideally including agent actions/skills, grounding, controls, testing and measurable business outcomes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development, DevOps, and release management
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and scalable system design

Business & Consulting Skills

·         Strong understanding of B2B subscription, SaaS, DaaS, research or information-services revenue processes.

·         Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·         Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

·         Pragmatic and hands-on, with the ability to move between business workshops, solution design, code review and troubleshooting.

·         Ability to balance technical excellence with business value delivery.

·         Experience working in agile teams and fast-paced delivery environments.
