Your mission


Join us as a Salesforce Administrator / Configurator and help shape the future of NN.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the reliability and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform by configuring and maintaining its components, supporting users and business stakeholders, and collaborating with technical teams on incidents, automation, releases, and deployments.


What will you do?

  • Administer the Salesforce platform, including creating, updating, and deactivating users and managing roles, profiles, public groups, queues, permissions, and the security model.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce components such as objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, email templates, reports, dashboards, and translations through Translation Workbench.
  • Maintain data quality through data maintenance, imports, and deletions, while monitoring platform performance and troubleshooting Flows and other automations.
  • Manage Salesforce incidents and requests in ServiceNow, support users through guidance and training sessions, and document implemented configurations and processes.
  • Work with business stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support release and deployment activities using tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio Code.
  • Contribute proactively to initiatives that improve and automate processes.

 

What will you bring?

 

  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role, with solid knowledge of Salesforce administration, user and data management, the security model, reports, dashboards, and Flow monitoring and debugging.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience with DevOps and version control tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Code and/or other environments used for working with Salesforce metadata.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification, API/system integration experience, Experience Cloud or Financial Services Cloud knowledge, and financial services or insurance experience are considered an advantage.
  • You leverage your curiosity and automation tools (including AI) to turn change into value and continuously improve how we work.

The monthly salary range for the role is between 12.117.and. 19000 RON gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
