Job Duties:

- Deal with sales requests and report to Head of Operations Coordinator
- Communicate between Headquarters and other branches
- Communicate between clients/IB and Sales.
- Develop and keep maintaining operation system
- Collaboration and relationship with team and local community
- Other tasks assigned by the manager


Job Requirement:

- Based in Bangladesh and able to communicate in Bengali.
- Available to work on a flexible schedule.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Must be fluent in or able to communicate in English; fluent Chinese will be an advantage.
- Positive thinking, accountability, and a strong service mindset.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multitasking skills and good time management.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office).
- Knowledge of stocks, securities, the Forex market, and MetaTrader 4 will be an advantage.
- Working experience in stocks, securities, banking, insurance, or wealth management is preferred.
