Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding Brompton customer experience at all times.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and confidently represent the brand, its values, and its mission to transform the way people live in cities.
• Provide support for workshop operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Comply with all health and safety requirements and take reasonable care for your own wellbeing and that of others.
• Help ensure stock levels are consistently maintained.
• Use EPOS and other IT systems accurately and appropriately.
• Support the daily running of the store and maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Support store, stock, and general security procedures.
• Receive deliveries, unpack stock, and store or display products appropriately.
• Support in-store promotional activity, events, and campaign execution.
• Implement merchandising and product layouts to a high standard in line with brand guidelines.
• Complete training to become a community ride leader and support customer ride events.
• Carry out other duties, within the scope of your skills and experience, as reasonably required.
