What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and execute sales strategies to grow market share and profitability in the aggregates sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Drive operational excellence in dispatch and scale management
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
• Lead and develop sales and logistics team members while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture
• Support business integration and continuous improvement initiatives by implementing consistent processes and driving operational alignment

What Are We Looking For

• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and clients
• Experience managing customer relationships, sales pipelines, forecasting, and business development activities.
• Proven ability to manage Aggregate Logistics including contractor management and order desk/dispatch team management
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement

Work Environment

This role involves a combination of office-based work and field visits to customer sites and operational locations. Travel within the region may be required to support business development and customer engagement.
