Now, we're looking for a Safety Trainer to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna. The role is responsible for conducting Safety Riding Seminars, onboarding activities, driver training programs, rider accreditation, documentation processing, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
In addition, the position will monitor training quality, maintain accurate records of trainees and processed drivers, and collaborate with operations teams to improve rider readiness and safety performance across assigned service areas.
- Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding training sessions for new drivers.
- Ensure all training materials and procedures are delivered according to company standards.
- Assess rider understanding of safety protocols, road regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Process driver accreditation and onboarding requirements after training completion.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, training results, and processed drivers.
- Monitor and help achieve onboarding and driver processing targets.
- Coordinate with Operations and Safety teams on rider readiness and deployment.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance among all participating drivers.

Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year program) in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in facilitatingΒ Safety Riding SeminarsΒ or conducting driver training programs
- Valid LTO Professional Driverβs License (authorized for 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles).
- TESDAΒ Driving NC IIΒ certification.
- Completed 40-hourΒ Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)Β training
- Experienced in operating both 2-wheel (motorcycle) and 4-wheel vehicles.
- Strong foundation in defensive driving practices and road safety principles.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine traffic laws, regulations, and road compliance.
- Experience conducting rider performance assessments and evaluations.
- Proficient inΒ Google WorkspaceΒ (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
- MustΒ own a personal motorcycle.
- Flexibility to travel or beΒ assigned to different locationsΒ as operationally required.
