Job Title : 嵌入式 Linux ROS2 系统架构工程师

Job Responsibilities

• 负责 ROS2 系统架构设计，包括节点职责拆分、通信接口定义、命名空间规划、参数配置、Launch 编排和模块边界设计。
• 负责 ROS2 通信机制设计与调优，覆盖 Topic、Service、Action、Parameter、TF、Lifecycle、Composition、DDS QoS 和多机通信场景。
• 负责 ROS2 常用功能包的选型、集成和适配，包括 rosbag2、tf2、diagnostic_updater、robot_state_publisher、Navigation2、image_transport、message_filters 等。
• 负责基于 Linux 的 ROS2 运行环境搭建与维护，包括系统服务、网络配置、时间同步、进程管理、日志路径和启动恢复策略。
• 负责 ROS2 系统集成问题定位与修复，针对 DDS 发现异常、Topic 丢包、QoS 不匹配、TF 延迟、节点启动顺序和资源瓶颈等问题提供工程化方案。
• 负责 ROS2 软件包结构、接口定义、构建配置和部署流程设计，提升系统的可维护性、可测试性和可扩展性。
• 与算法、感知、定位、规划、控制、硬件和测试团队协同，推动跨模块接口对齐、系统联调和平台稳定交付。
• 负责架构设计文档、接口说明、部署指南、问题复盘和调优经验沉淀，形成可复用的 ROS2 系统工程实践。

Qualifications:

• 计算机、软件工程、电子工程、自动化或相关专业，本科及以上学历。
• 3年以上嵌入式软件开发经验。
• 熟悉 ROS2 系统架构设计方法，能够根据业务场景进行节点划分、接口建模、通信链路设计和模块解耦。
• 熟悉 ROS2 通信机制，熟悉 ROS2 常用功能包和工具链，
• 熟悉 DDS QoS 策略及典型通信问题，能够分析可靠性、实时性、带宽、延迟、发现机制和多机通信相关问题。
• 熟悉 Linux 系统基础，掌握进程管理、systemd 服务、网络配置、时间同步、日志管理、文件系统和常用性能分析工具。
• 具备 C++/Python 在 ROS2 环境下的工程开发能力，能够设计消息接口、服务接口、参数配置和可维护的软件包结构。
• 具备良好的架构文档、接口文档和技术评审能力，能够清晰表达设计方案、约束条件、风险和演进计划。
