Job Title : 嵌入式MCU应用工程师
Job Responsibilities
负责基于 Infineon TC297/397 及下一代 TC4x 平台的应用软件开发和维护，覆盖功能开发、集成优化、平台迁移和安全相关要求落地。推动 MCU 应用层软件在高可靠性、可维护性和安全性方面持续提升，并支持产品迭代和平台升级。
- 负责 MCU 应用软件开发与维护，基于 TC397 及后续平台完成功能实现与优化。
- 参与软件架构评审和技术方案设计，保证代码结构清晰、扩展性和可维护性。
- 支持功能开发、模块集成、问题修复和性能优化，提升系统稳定性。
- 跟踪并适配新平台特性，推动 MCU 应用软件的逐步迁移与升级。
- 配合安全与可靠性需求，确保软件设计符合安全策略和工程规范。
- 参与跨团队协作，配合硬件、底层驱动、测试及系统工程完成集成验证。
- 对关键功能进行调试、验证和问题复盘，形成可复用的工程实践和技术积累
Qualifications:
l 计算机、软件工程、电子工程、自动化或相关专业，本科及以上学历。
l 3年以上嵌入式软件开发经验。
l 熟悉嵌入式 MCU 软件开发流程，具备等车规/工业级 MCU 平台开发经验。
l 具备应用层软件设计能力，能够独立完成模块开发、调试和验证。
l 了解嵌入式软件架构、任务调度、状态管理、通信接口和故障处理机制。
l 熟悉嵌入式安全理念和可靠性工程方法，能够在开发中关注风险管理与安全要求。
l 具备良好的代码质量意识和文档能力，能够输出有效的技术方案与评审材料。
