Job Description:
Job Purpose please provide a summary of the purpose and objective of the job. Rewards and Merchandize Analyst is responsible for assisting in the management, administration, and fulfillment of advisor rewards, campaign incentives, and branded merchandize.
The role assists in checking that all rewards and recognition initiatives are engaging, brand-compliant, cost effective, and align with the current Distribution theme and / or the annual umbrella theme to help drive advisor engagement. The role will coordinate with the team to come up with exciting rewards, from conceptualization and sourcing, to fulfillment.

Major Accountabilities Rewards Program Development, and Management - (a) Collaborate with the team in the development and implementation of rewards, incentives, and recognition programs supporting annual and quarterly sales promo. (b) Recommend innovative, relevant, and attractive rewards that enahnce advsior engagement, motivation, and participation. 35% Rewards Fulfilment, Distribution and Inventory Management - (a) Assist in advisor rewards fulfillment inlcuding rewards sourcing, procurement coordination, distribution and timely delivery wihtin the set guidelines. (b) Strengthen opertional efficiency through effective collaboration with suppliers, logistic partners and cross functional teams. 35% Rewards Analytics and Insights - (a) Assist in preparing reports for rewards utilization, advisor feedbacks, satisfaction surveys and rewards effectiveness that will help the the team enhance advisor experience and increase advisor engagement. 15% Creative Development and Communication Support - (a) Collaborate with the team in creating promotional creatives, art cards and other comms materials supporting rewards and incentive campaigns that are aligned with the companys' brand guidelines. 5% Financial, Procurement and Vendor Management - (a) Coordinate with the team in monitoring campaign budgets and prepare a standard report on budget utilization. (b) Faciliate vendor payment processing and other procurement requirements. 10%

Problem Solving Outline problem solving requirements in terms of how standardized, varied, complex and interdependent problems and issues are typically faced by this job. Provide examples if necessary. The position will address a range of operational and capacity issues: (1.) Rewards processing, inventory monitoring, fulfillment tracking, reporting, and vendor payment coordination using established procedures and control. (2). Assisting in changing rewards preferences, sourcing alternatives, and adapting to campaign specific requirements. (3.) Collaborating with the ream on looking for effective rewards system, forecasting demand, budget monitoring, and monitoring major inventory issues. (4.) Coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders like Distribution, Finance, Procurement, CXM, vendors and logistic providers to ensure seamless execution.
Education and Experience Indicate the minimum education level and years of relevant experience required to perform the work.
